Residential rehab programs, shaped around you

Private 2, 3 and 4-week programs for addiction, mental health and burnout, combining evidence-based therapy with rest, nourishment and the healing landscape of the South West.

Treating the whole person, not just the symptoms

Addiction and emotional distress rarely have a single cause. Our programs look at the whole picture: the substance or behaviour, the feelings underneath it, physical health, relationships and the life you want to return to.

Each stay starts with a confidential assessment. From there, your team builds a personal plan drawing on proven approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) skills, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing and mindfulness, alongside movement, nutrition and time in nature.

Alcohol addiction treatment

Break the cycle of drinking with safe withdrawal planning, therapy and practical relapse-prevention tools.

Whether drinking has crept up over years or become hard to control, we help you understand your patterns and triggers and build a life that does not revolve around alcohol. Where needed, withdrawal is planned and supervised with our medical partners before therapy begins.

Drug addiction treatment

Support for methamphetamine (ice), opioids, cannabis, cocaine and other drugs, in a private, non-judgemental setting.

We work with the physical, psychological and social sides of drug use. Individual and group therapy help you make sense of what has happened, repair trust with the people around you, and plan for the pressures waiting at home.

Prescription medication dependence

Careful, medically guided support for dependence on benzodiazepines, painkillers and sleep medication.

Dependence on prescribed medication is common and nothing to be ashamed of. Any reduction is planned with medical oversight, while therapy addresses the pain, anxiety or sleep problems the medication was treating.

Medically supported withdrawal

A safe, comfortable start to recovery, with withdrawal assessed and coordinated with medical professionals.

Stopping some substances suddenly can be dangerous. Before you arrive, we assess whether medical withdrawal support is needed and coordinate it with qualified medical partners, so the first days are as safe and comfortable as possible.

Dual diagnosis

Integrated care when addiction and anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns occur together.

Substance use and mental health often feed each other. Treating them together gives you a far better chance of lasting change than treating either one alone.

Trauma-informed therapy

Gentle, paced therapy that recognises how past experiences shape the present, always at your speed.

Many people we support have lived through difficult or frightening experiences. Our team works in a trauma-informed way, prioritising safety, choice and trust in every session.

Burnout, stress & anxiety

Step away from pressure to rest deeply, calm your nervous system and rebuild healthy boundaries.

For people who are exhausted, overwhelmed or running on empty. We combine rest with skills for sleep, stress and emotional regulation, so you return home with energy and a plan.

Gambling & behavioural addictions

Help for gambling, gaming and other compulsive behaviours that are harming finances and relationships.

Behavioural addictions affect the brain in similar ways to substances. Therapy focuses on urges, beliefs and the practical steps needed to protect your finances and rebuild trust.

Family support

Guidance and sessions for partners and families, because recovery affects everyone who loves you.

With your consent, we involve the people closest to you through family sessions and education, helping everyone communicate, set healthy boundaries and support recovery at home.

Aftercare & relapse prevention

A personal plan and follow-up support for the weeks and months after you leave.

Recovery continues after your stay. Before you leave, we create a written relapse-prevention plan, connect you with local services and check in with you after you return home.

Questions about our programs

Which program length is right for me?

It depends on what you are dealing with, how long it has been going on and your circumstances at home. Many people choose 3 or 4 weeks, which gives time to stabilise and practise new skills. We will recommend a length after your assessment call.

Do you provide detox?

Where withdrawal needs medical support, we assess this before admission and coordinate it with qualified medical partners. Please do not stop alcohol or some medications suddenly without medical advice, as this can be dangerous.

What happens on a typical day?

Days follow a gentle structure: morning movement or mindfulness, individual and group therapy, nourishing meals, time in nature and quiet time to rest and reflect.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. We welcome a small number of guests at a time, and your information is never shared without your consent, except where required by law to keep someone safe.

Is the retreat suitable if I am in crisis?

We are not a crisis or acute care service. If you are in immediate danger please call 000. For 24/7 crisis support call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or the National Alcohol and Other Drug Hotline on 1800 250 015.
